Why Canine Happy Hours?

Help less social, shy dogs become more balanced, Help modify undesireable behavior, Cagefree, Smaller groups, Safety, Close friendship, Stress free - Canine happy hours accepts a maximum of 8 dogs at one time, with the exception of the holidays.   Our environment  is safe, clean, fun, cozy, and relaxing.  Our pups are in no time kept in a cage.  With the exception that there are situations that moms and dads feel that their pups are more at ease sleeping in the crate.  You can either bring your own crate or we do have a few crates available for that purpose.  Based on the temperament, levels of energy, and the size of the dogs, they may be divided into 2 or 3 smaller groups as necessary.  Most of the pups board with us regularly and have become good friends, so they are always happy to see each other.  This also provides an opportunity to modify undesirable behaivor if any and help the dogs to become more balanced.

Ultra Clean, No doggie odor, No Kennel diseases   - We take pride in providing a clean doggie haven in our home.  We have a tile floor downstairs and laminate wood flooring upstairs.  The open areas in the fenced-in yard are covered with premium cypress mulch, which propels fleas and ticks.  Our home and yard are kept neat and clean and we only use doggie friendly cleaning products.  Your furry friends will not be exposed to any harmful chemicals, kennel diseases and parasites.

Join the pack, Lots of me-me, Lots of fresh air - Because we board a small number of dogs, we are able to get to know each dog very well by spending quality time with them indoors and out.  Whether we are doing  yard work, cooking out, or simply enjoying a beautiful day outside,  Your best friends are always part of the action.  They can either hang out on the patio or roam free in the fenced-in yard.  They can also hang around the kitchen while we prepare dinner.  Canine Happy Hours is simply a sweet home away from home.

Flexible drop-off and pickup - You can drop off your dog as early as 6:30am and pickup as late as 9:00pm 7 days a week.  All we ask is that we make those arrangements in advance.

How is my baby  -  We often take pictures of your pups to catch fun moments during their stay with us.  Even though we are not asked to, we frequently email a few pictures to our doggies’ parents to reassure them that all is well.  We will also call or email you and let you know how your pups are doing.
